Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at PeopleShare Inc in Horsham, PA. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate efficient operations.
Estimated Salary: $18-20 per hour
Depending on previous experience, this salary can vary, but we ensure that our employees are fairly compensated for their skills and dedication.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Salesforce to log and update tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and project progress.
• Collaborate with team members to track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Receive and process sample orders efficiently and accurately, verifying details and communicating with customers as needed.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Assist with basic account management tasks, including updating customer information and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide support to the sales team by maintaining customer records, answering queries, and offering solutions to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Bachelor degree preferred, but not required, as relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, able to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and use other software applications as needed.
