About the Role
As a Senior Clinician in Speech Language Pathology at Driscoll Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing patient needs, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual who can take on leadership responsibilities in our Speech Language Pathology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Demonstrating business practices and personal actions that align with corporate compliance and integrity guidelines
- Assessing patient needs through the selection, administration, and interpretation of evaluation tools
- Educating patients and family members about evaluation findings and treatment recommendations
- Developing functional, developmentally appropriate, time-sensitive, and measurable goals
- Complying with clinical documentation requirements

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or a Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, with a minimum of five years' experience
- Current Texas Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellow Status with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Current CPR certification or completion within 90 days of hire

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
