Therapeutic Program Clinician Opportunity

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a highly skilled Clinician to join our team at the COVE School Extension Program in Plymouth, MA.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
The COVE School Extension Program serves students in grades 3-6 with educational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing individualized therapy sessions, case management services, and liaison work with collateral agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive therapy for clients and families in the residential program and in their homes.
- Design treatment plans that address specific outcomes and collaborate with clients and family members to develop treatment objectives.
- Consult with supervisors and team members on challenging client issues and facilitate communication with residential and school staff.
- Submit reports, documentation, and assessments in a timely manner, ensuring that documentation meets utilization review and quality assurance standards.
- Attend in-service training and outside seminars to enhance clinical skills and provide training, workshops, and consultations to teachers, parents, and collateral staff.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, mental health, or a related discipline.
- May be licensed as an independent practitioner in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with developmental trauma and/or DCF & DMH populations is preferred.
