About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Executive Director - RN to join our team in York, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to lead our interdisciplinary team and drive patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospice location, including the coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services
  • Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of hospice personnel and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Promote positive communications and keep employees informed of changes
  • Responsible for the selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage teams to goals and standards for performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services
