We're seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN for an immediate travel nurse opportunity in Derry, NH. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

As a Cath Lab RN, you'll work alongside a highly skilled team of medical professionals in a cardiovascular surgical environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose heart conditions or as a treatment
  • Assisting with angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements
  • Helping implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of experience in acute care
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good stress management skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds
