Host Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at the Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim Hotel. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer choice of seating, and escort to the dining table.
• Read, maintain, and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper set-up of the dining room, including tables, chairs, and linens.
• Assist as needed or requested with service, including taking reservations and making arrangements for special functions.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and reaching.
