Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate restaurant activities, ensuring seamless foodservice delivery.
  • Accommodate and document customer needs, communicating effectively with staff.
  • Estimate food and beverage costs, requisitioning or purchasing supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities.
  • Establish and control the weekly work schedule for staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial transactions and budget, ensuring expenditures stay within limitations.
  • Control and count charge and cash purchases at the end of each meal period.
Qualifications
  • Hire and train staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee relations and safety.
  • Oversee and monitor portion control standards of food and beverages.
  • Initiate and oversee in-house promotions for the restaurant.
