Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and improve communication.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial statements to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and databases related to project management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.

Benefits
