Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with clinical activities, including patient flow, lab protocols, and technical procedures under physician direction.
  • Collaborate with clerical staff to optimize operations and patient flow.
  • Interact with outside healthcare facilities and agencies to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain updated competencies and demonstrate expertise in patient care management.
  • Perform front office duties and provide coverage as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of MA experience or completed CH MA internship and 6 months of experience.
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Preferred certifications include Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA), Medical Assistant, Registered (RMA), or Medical Assistant, Certified (NCMA).
