Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in software development, systems engineering, or business analysis, with at least 10 years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions. They will be responsible for designing and documenting solution architecture, gathering requirements, evaluating technologies, and providing technical guidance to development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for the technology solution.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess various technologies and platforms to determine the most suitable options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance to development teams, helping them implement the solution effectively and troubleshoot any issues.
- Performance, Scalability, and Security: Ensure that the technology solution meets necessary performance, scalability, and security standards, addressing potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues related to the solution and take appropriate steps to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing development and refinement of the technology solution, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or business analysis.
- 5+ years of strong operational experience with SalesForce.com preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Franklin, Tennessee 2-3 days per week.
- Salesforce.com administrator certification a strong plus.
