Powdercoat Blaster

We are seeking a skilled Powdercoat Blaster to join our production team at Lippert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation of chassis for the main powder coating stage.

• Movement of prepared chassis to blast
• Sandblast chassis following approved procedures and company quality standards
• Upkeep of sandblast equipment to ensure daily functionality

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available)

• Manufacturing/industry experience

This is a full-time hourly position for 1st and 2nd shifts located in the Goshen Plant. No travel is expected for this position.
