Responsibilities

Medical ICU Nursing Expectations:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to complex situations
  • Administer medications and manage cardiac monitoring, ventilators, and other life-sustaining equipment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $20,000 sign-on bonus for new hires who meet eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma
  • One or more years of nursing experience
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification

Preferred Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in an acute care setting

Pay Range
$43.46/hour
