Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Air Draulic Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Randolph, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in machinery operations, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and repair a variety of machines and mechanical instruments
  • Modify parts and materials to improve overall production efficiency
  • Test equipment to detect and remove defects
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments
  • Determine sequence of operations based on specifications and work orders
  • Prepare equipment for production by positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables
  • Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls
  • Produce parts by locating and marking reference points on workpieces
  • Maintain specifications by observing operations and detecting malfunctions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machinery operations and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with machine tools and equipment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
