Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Lead ASIC Verification Engineer to lead the verification of our Beam Steering Mixed signal ASIC controller. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for defining and implementing verification strategies, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, and leading Mixed signal full chip verification to achieve project milestones.

The successful candidate will have a thorough, detail-oriented approach to design verification, with a strong background in chip/top level verification of complex Mixed Signal SoCs & ASIC. Experience in Automotive Functional Safety ISO26262 standards, faults simulation and verification is highly desired.

Requirements
  • BSEE, MSEE, in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong experience in chip/top level verification of complex Mixed Signal SoCs & ASIC
  • 10+ years of experience in design verification, preferably in the Display Controller, Touch controller or Automotive Sensor Communication
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing verification plans, including creating testbenches, test cases, and coverage metrics
  • Experience in building System Verilog and Verilog-A Model for complex Analog Subsystem
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM and AMS methodologies
  • Taped out Multiple Mixed Signal SOC/ASIC successfully
  • Experience in Post Silicon bring-up and validation
  • Hands-on experience in building complex Mixed signal Verification environment
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior engineers
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
