Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Caregiver to join our team. As a Support Caregiver, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing personalized support and care to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Developmental Support: Help individuals develop skills and achieve goals in areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Behavioral Support: Provide support and guidance to individuals who may exhibit behavioral challenges.
  • Community Inclusion: Assist individuals in participating in community activities and events.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
