Competitive Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, ensuring our caregivers are fairly compensated for their dedication and hard work.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide personalized care and support to clients with assistance in daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
    • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with physical therapy exercises to promote overall well-being
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing housekeeping duties and reporting any incidents
    • Rapidly respond and act responsibly in emergency situations, prioritizing client safety
  • Requirements:
    • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, thriving in one-on-one settings
    • Prior experience as a caregiver or personal care assistant (CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred)
    • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation for client visits
    • Exhibit empathy and compassion in all interactions with clients and their families
    • Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is highly valued
    • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Pass pre-employment and random drug testing
    • Complete COVID-19 training and adhere to established protocols
