Sales and Marketing Professional

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Kingline Equipment Inc. in Summerdale, Alabama. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for selling a variety of commercial and agricultural products, including tractors, construction equipment, and lawn equipment, to customers in our local market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment offered for sale by the dealership.
• Independently manage the sales process for each sales opportunity, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Conduct field demos and events to showcase our products and build relationships with customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the new and used equipment lot, the indoor display area, and keep display voids filled with replacement products.
• Monitor competitive activity and products, reporting to management, accordingly.
• Maintain all customer information for sales management.
• Know and follow a defined sales process.
• Respond to online leads and follow-up.
• Monitor trends in consumer activity reporting to management accordingly.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience and knowledge of commercial and agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of social media and responding to online leads.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications.
• Ability to learn industry-specific computer programs and applications.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
