About the Role

As a Seasonal Stylist at AllSaints Retail, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working in a fast-paced and fashion-driven environment. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire our customers every day, showcasing our latest collections and providing an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with an exceptional brand experience.
  • Actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
  • Support with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing our digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
  • Empower customers to make service decisions, resolving their issues while retaining their loyalty and trust.
  • Work as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development.

Requirements
  • Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values.
  • Can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm, with a passion for fashion and a love for making connections with customers.
  • Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in processing transactions and store deliveries using our in-store digital tools.
