About the Role

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team at Tranquility Financial. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments to assess their needs
  • Participate in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
  • Prospect new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring service
  • Cultivate and manage your own book of business
  • Collaborate with your sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local business owners in your territory
  • Set your own working hours and submit them to your sales manager weekly
  • Balance cold lead generation and warm lead follow-ups effectively
  • Provide daily updates on sales metrics and activity

Requirements
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer)
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience
  • Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience
