About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurodiagnostic Technician to join our team at Duke University Hospital. As a Neurodiagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex procedures to obtain data for use in the diagnosis of clinical disorders of the nervous system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform EEG, Evoked Potentials, and Epilepsy Monitoring studies
  • Explain testing procedures to patients and families
  • Accurately take and document patient histories
  • Set up patients for studies, including equipment and paperwork
  • Run studies and document results
  • Recognize and respond to evolving patient care needs
  • Maintain equipment and perform troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in neurodiagnostic technology or related field
  • Experience in neurodiagnostic technology or related field
  • Competency in EEG, Evoked Potentials, and Epilepsy Monitoring
