About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Director to drive our Corporate Compliance program forward. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to foster a robust culture of integrity within Surescripts. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Design and implement written policies and standards to promote a culture of compliance and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
* Create and deliver educational activities to raise awareness about compliance risks and inspire a culture of trust and business integrity.
* Develop and maintain effective open lines of communication for reporting suspected non-compliance.
* Conduct thorough investigations and enforce compliance standards through well-publicized disciplinary guidelines.
* Identify relevant data sources and implement analytics-driven approaches to drive insights on business integrity and improve program efficiency.
* Present actionable compliance reports to leadership and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years of experience in compliance program strategy and execution, including leadership roles or in-house practicing attorney positions
* 5+ years of experience in the healthcare and/or tech industry
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proven track record of leading risk assessments and third-party risk management focused on issues such as bribery, privacy, fraud, and healthcare compliance.

Benefits and Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $164,050 to $200,550 per year.
