We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at ProMedica Health System. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supervising nursing personnel.

Job Summary

This is a staff position that requires direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. The successful candidate will have the ability to administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy, receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders, follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incident/accidents (patients & employees), and identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.

Requirements
  • Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in state
  • One year prior nursing management experience preferred
  • Lifting 50 pounds max. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
