Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician

Join our team as an HVAC Installation Technician at Benedict Refrigeration Service, Inc. and take on a challenging and rewarding role in the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC systems.
  • Install replacement parts and maintain inventory of replacement parts.
  • Utilize a computerized management system to accurately record work progress and history.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and comply with all company and industry safety standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
  • HVAC lead installer experience desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification desired.
