Job Overview

Prosperity Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to all customers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed customer service team call handling goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or banking preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in multiple software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
