Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrator to provide top-notch support to our CEO and team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing an annual calendar of meetings and events.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents in support of organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and report on work progress.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
  • Be responsive to emails and phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment with good organization and follow-up skills.
  • Conserve the Team's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, HubSpot or similar data base system, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills to communicate effectively, timely, and professionally.
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
  • Experience organizing and managing events.
  • Knowledge of DC political structure and operations.
