We are seeking a Tax Service Representative to join our team. As a Tax Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs;
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled;
  • Handle client exits by ensuring all current and future needs are met;
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members;

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also offers opportunities for career growth and development within our company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
