Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of income producing properties to maximize returns on investment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental income and reduce expenses
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing investors and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment management
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios
