Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Clinical Therapist to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Autism and be able to provide support in a coteaching model.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with Autism. This will include co-teaching strategies, behavioral support, and communication with parents and other stakeholders.

  • Provide speech therapy services to students with Autism in a school-based setting
  • Coteach with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized educational plans
  • Work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • An IL PEL with SLP endorsement or IL SLP License
  • ASHA credentials: CCC or CFY
