Community Relations Manager Job Summary

We cater to the growing middle market of seniors needing assisted living and memory care, aiming to make the best senior living attainable for all.

The Community Relations Manager will oversee the day-to-day Sales & Marketing functions of one of our Scottsdale, AZ Memory Care community. This role will be customer-facing, with responsibilities including achieving company-directed sales and occupancy goals, establishing strong professional relationships in the market, and promoting occupancy growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of industry and community products and services
  • Become a market resource on senior housing
  • Take inquiry calls from professionals and prospective residents
  • Provide tours and secure move-ins
  • Meet or exceed sales standards as determined by Regional VP of Sales
  • Manage monthly or quarterly sales and marketing plans
  • Utilize company's CRM program to manage day-to-day sales tasks
  • Alert appropriate community staff of projected move-ins, move-outs, and apartment changes
  • Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at community education

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, sales leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow and communicate company policies and procedures
