Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead large mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in project management and a strong background in building technologies, including HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security management systems.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project schedules, managing costs, billings, and collections, and ensuring that projects are completed accurately, on-time, within budget, and within scope of the contract. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management or architecture, or an associate's degree with equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the building construction industry.
  • Management experience with projects related to mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security management systems is desired.
  • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
