This role requires a proactive approach to managing the entire partner development life cycle, from discovery to onboarding and ongoing management. You'll identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while strengthening existing relationships to enhance performance and growth.

You'll develop comprehensive strategies for our affiliate program that align with our broader business objectives, including partner selection, campaign design, and performance optimization. This role involves cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse range of affiliates and partners, extending beyond the travel and insurance sectors to include untapped markets.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll collaborate with partners to create marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and values. You'll also monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with our company policies and industry standards.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
