The W Management Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Responsibilities:

Set up tables and dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order

Deliver dishes and trays to residents with a smile

Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, adhering to federal and state regulations regarding food safety

Provide assistance to patients as needed, demonstrating compassion and empathy

Requirements:

One-year experience working in an institutional food service environment (a plus)

Prior experience working with vulnerable populations (a plus)

Ability to interact with all residents with dignity and compassion

Ability to follow federal and state regulations regarding food safety
