Job Summary

As a Neurology Nurse at CHI St. Joseph Health, you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex neurological conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support families through challenging times.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough neurological exams and head-to-toe assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of RN experience (Neurology experience a plus)
  • Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
