A rewarding career opportunity has emerged with Sunbelt Staffing, seeking an American Sign Language (ASL) specialist to facilitate effective communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their educators. The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring equal access to education and promoting inclusion within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive learning environment by providing ASL interpretation services
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop strategies for inclusive education
- Promote understanding and awareness of deaf culture within the school community
Requirements:
- EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
