We're seeking an experienced and passionate Education Leader to join our team at KinderCare Education in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled teacher who can implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You'll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive, while also partnering with parents to provide exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education
  • Support center success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
