ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Sacramento, CA.

About the Role

This full-time SLPA position offers a competitive salary based on experience. The successful candidate will provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of K-12th grade students, conduct assessments and develop customized therapy plans, and work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality, student-centered therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans that align with students' goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into students' educational experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Licensure: Active SLPA California License.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an SLPA or in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
