Your Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and memorable guest experience by understanding our Guest-Obsessed culture.
  • Multitask, including clearing and cleaning tables, seating guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and orders.
  • Handle guests' complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
What We Need From You
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud setting.
  • Ability and willingness to be part of a team.
