Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Rural Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, implement clinical protocols, manage patient charts, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor clinic staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and quality care.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community events and outreach programs, promoting health education and awareness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and Work-Life balance.
