Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Analyst/Principal Manufacturing Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Engineering Team, working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in structuring and maintaining bill of material, develop and maintain work instructions (including 3D visual work instructions) that meet manufacturing processes and procedures that are in compliance with customer requirements.
- Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning, continuous improvement, material management, process optimization and liaison.
- Use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for management of bill of material and production planning within the Aeronautics sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience OR a Master's degree.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or maintenance environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, Engineering, and Production.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time at a workstation on a computer or similar device for up to 10 hours / duration of shift. Occasional extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electrical cable manufacturing.
- CAD experience (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks)
- Experience working with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Bill of Materials)
- Active in-scope DOD Secret security clearance that has been granted / renewed within the past 5 years

Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400
Salary Range 2: $76,600 - $115,000
