Role Overview
As a Service Advisor at Noller West, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while working closely with our talented team of technicians. Your responsibilities will include customer engagement, estimates and appointments, communication, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
  • Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process, explaining progress and additional recommendations as needed.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service jobs.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
