Licensed Practical Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home healthcare services for our clients, particularly veterans. This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while forming meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients.

Job Summary:

This position involves delivering essential in-home healthcare services, focusing on enhancing patients' health and quality of life. As an LPN, you will work independently, creating your own schedule, which allows for flexibility to attend school, travel, or pursue other activities.

  • Provide in-home healthcare services to patients, prioritizing their health and well-being.
  • Create a safe and comfortable environment for patients, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a state-approved school of professional nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Prior experience in acute care settings or equivalent; new graduates welcome.
  • CPR certification and TB test up-to-date.
