Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our Interventional Radiology team at Emory Healthcare. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate interventional radiologic and specialty equipment to produce high-quality radiographs for diagnostic and invasive procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide quality care and support in unstable patient situations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with medical devices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Current ARRT licensure and a minimum of three years of experience in IR, with two years in a leadership or specialized role.
  • Advanced certification in VI is required, and BLS certification is also necessary.
