We are offering a competitive salary package, including an estimated $56,000 per year, based on shift assignments. As an LPN with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.

The Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) allows LPNs to hold one multistate license (MSL) in their primary state of residence while practicing virtually or over state lines in 37 other compact states across the country.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care as directed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Documentations: Accurately document patient-related care within the electronic health record.
  • Medication Administration: Administer oral and intramuscular medications, and may administer intravenous therapy if appropriately certified.
  • Treatments: Perform various treatments, such as wound care and vital sign collections.

You will also assist with chronic care clinics management, participate in patient care planning, and respond to emergencies. Additionally, you will collect urine and/or other body fluid specimens, prepare patients for release and/or transfer, and ensure discharge medication orders are completed.

Requirements:
  • Licensure: License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code.
  • Certification: MDS certification issued by ANNAC (i.e., American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination).
