We are currently recruiting for a Senior Memory Care Director to lead our 26-bed memory care, The Gardens. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations, specializing in the care of individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's, by managing staff, implementing person-centered care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and acting as a primary liaison between residents, families, and staff, all while prioritizing the well-being and safety of residents within the facility in collaboration with the Resident Care Director/RN and RC Administrator.

Job Description

This is a LPN in a management role in Assisted Living or memory care position, requiring 2-4 years of experience in Assisted Living or memory care preferred. A proven survey history, exceptional knowledge of State Regulations, and proven leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • LPN in a management role in Assisted Living or memory care
  • 2-4 years of experience in Assisted Living or memory care preferred

  • Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations

  • Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, and online systems
