Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate to join our team at Adam Webber - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our insurance products, as well as coordinating with other agency team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Job Description OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help people and excellent communication skills to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
A successful Business Development Associate will also possess the ability to use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. This includes ensuring that customers are thoroughly protected and identifying opportunities to grow our business through proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations tailored to their individual needs.
