Pharmacy Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Support the fulfillment of prescription orders, including unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, and related supplies, in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Compound medications using appropriate components, supplies, and sterile/ventilated environments.
- Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring that all necessary items, including patient collateral, are included.
- Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies, and refrigeration of perishable products.
- Monitor and maintain pharmacy equipment, including dispensing units.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate product receipt.
- Assist with cycle counting activities and complete order processing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work 8-9 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, between 5:30am and 3pm, with potential for varying overtime.
- Ability to work in an office environment at 8131 W Bostian Rd, Suite A350, Woodinville, WA 98072.
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse or supply chain inventory environment.
- 1+ years of cycle count experience.
- 1+ years of experience operating a forklift.
- 1+ years of applied experience with 9 key and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.
