About the Role

  • Manage a team of attorneys and staff to ensure timely processing of files and provide sound legal representation.
  • Implement effective scheduling and follow up on files to meet client, court, and internal deadlines.
  • Account accurately for time and expenses on each matter.
  • Maintain at least 2200 hours of logged time for the office each year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience with real estate and mortgage litigation.
  • Licensed attorney in Kentucky with some experience in real estate, reviewing mortgage documents (plaintiff or defense), bankruptcy, collections, title, and property litigation.
  • Litigation background and comfortable in a courtroom.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
