Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a MedSurg RN. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide direct nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition
