Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Sales Representative to join our team in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products for their needs and budget
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on flooring installation, maintenance, and care
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
