Salary


The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package is also offered, including prepaid tuition assistance and employee wellness programs.


Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, with at least 3000 hours of postgraduate individual psychotherapy experience.


Responsibilities



  • Perform confidential psychological assessments in an ambulatory psychiatric care setting.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse population of patients.
  • Document treatment plans and interventions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision to student therapists.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Active licensure to practice psychotherapy in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 3000 hours of postgraduate individual psychotherapy experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
